Good workout for 15 year old boy?

Hi I am a 15 year old boy that is really tall for his age. I am 6 foot 4 and 190 pounds. I have a little bit of flab but am not by any means fat. I am looking for a workout that targets mainly my chest, shoulders, arms, and abs. I have a treadmill, benchpress, dumbbells, and leg curl machine. I would really appreciate it if someone could give me a good workout plan. Thanks!
