I really need help should i perform hiit run twice a day?
I am a guy Consider i am still fat now as my tummy and love handles is horrible and my ***** **** chest. And i become more define but my friend still say i look fat maybe because i am bulking due to the heavy weight lifting. This is what i am gonna do but i don't intend to lose my hard earned muscle through my heavy weight lifting. i am gonna just perform two hiit running afternoon and night everyday without doing weight lifting but still i will do pushup. So my question is will pushup maintain my muscles and will i lose my muscle if i perform two hiit twice a day? or should i just cont my usual workout weight lifting in the afternoon and hiit threadmill at night but i find that my weight remains the same thought but i do feel my arm and chest is getting bit define and previously i can only do barely 10push up but now i can hit 30 pushup straight and also for diamond pushup i barely hit 1 now i hit 10. All i want is i just wanna look like taeyang body shredded and cut not bulk but i am afraid if i run twice a day i will lose my hard earn muscle well any solution? and opinions thanks!
