Hello, I am a 18 year old male, I considered myself healthy, but the problem is that i weigh a lot. My height is 5'11 and i weigh 270 Pounds. I am looking for a good and fast way to lose weight and to build muscle. I joined the best gym in my city for a complete but all i need is a routine and some advice. I can run from 1-3 miles in my first 1 month, should I run more? & How long would it take to lose the weight to a better looking size? Thanks in advance, your help is much appreciated!!
