How much weight will i lose? 10 points.?

You are already fit. I dont suggest to lose more weight or you will get muscle and get weight. i dont recommend a diet because workout is enough for you. You should go to gym three time a week and work about 75min. and bike riding 30min. And you dont need to worry about your body anymore ;)
