Does this sound like a good plan for owning a hotel-casino?

Any plan is possible if you are willing to work for it, and this plan you have will definitely require a lot of work and take a long time to accomplish, there are a lot of things you can't control that would have to work in your favor but if that's what you decide to do then i wish you luck.
