Switched workout schedule makes my arms feel weaker??!! ?
I use to do biceps and triceps 6 x a week and now I changed my schedule to every other day and my biceps feel like they might be geting bigger but defently not harder if any thing kinda looser is this normal I do around 100 pushups 25 chinups 15 pullups and like 10 hammer pull ups and curls and multiple workout with 40 pounds on a dumbbell curl probly around 40 curls also I raise the bar above my head and use it like I'm lifting weights that gets Ur arms sore I'm 13 5 foot 3 110 I'm defently not fat what I like about my body is I'm not one of those natrually bony skinny peoples I have a flat belly with ABS under that I'm trying to pop out but I'm eating a lot to get my arms big and at the end of each workout I can't touch my shoulders
