lift alot of small sized weights. dont bench massive weights because thats just gonna make you enormous. lift smaller weights and do tons of reps. so you tone yourself rather than just build massive muscles. unless thats what your aiming for, and im not sure about cardio but a hobby would help a ton. i workout and on the days im not working out i play drums, basketball, swim, bike, do yard work. pretty much anything to get me sweating thats a full body exercise
