Any good workout plans? Teenager.?

Hi, im 17, i have a bench press with about 100 pounds in weights, and 1 dumbell... Can anyone give me a good workout plan for the summer? Im not that new to working, ive worked out many times before, just not with a proper plan on a daily basis. So if you know any good plans for me, it would be greatly appreciated if i had your input. Thanks.
