I've been working out everyday but I did something to my arm yesterday..?
Not while working out.. I was playing with my kids outside with a kite and I was running and jumping to catch the kite and stuff and my shoulder is very sore today!! Like .. it feels tired...and over stretched. the 3 workouts I've been rotating all have alot of arm movements. They've been working. I've lost 17lbs through diet and exercise in one month. I've come to really enjoy the workouts and the routine of doing them daily. I usually do 30 mins. 5 days a week. Should I do the workout anyway? Or skip it? or just skip the arm movements and do the rest?
