What is a good weight loss pill ( supplement ) ?

The answer is not pills. The answer is to cut waaaay back on your carbohydrate consumption (at least under 100 grams a day) and eat more protein and fat. If you have Netflix (or high speed internet and go to hulu.com) you can watch "Fat Head" which tells you how you can lose a bunch of weight!
