Boyfriend problems ... please help ?!?

Guys want to be chased too sometimes. He may be just as nervous as you are. One of you must make the first move or someone else will. For some reason it is easier to text or talk on the net but when you are face to face, all words are unable to come out of your mouth. I know you don't want to hear it but 13 is really too young for this sort of thing. As such, how about throwing a party with mutual friends and texting him an invite? Maybe swallowing your inhibition and go right up to him and ask him out. The best thing you can do is set up a time for it to be just you and him in a public place and just talk. It does not have to be all romantic or anything, just casual school stuff or sports.
