Exercise Tips for Army?
just finished bct - the best thing for push ups and sit ups is repitition and to do your own 2 minute timed reps to see how you are increasing, but ask your recruiter for the "for the core" exercises - they should have the stretching exercises you will be doing in basic training. also, run run run! don't hurt yourself running if you are not experienced already. find out how much your expected time is for 2 miles and work yourself into it gradually. don't worry- most everyone failed their first pt tests, but we all passed with flying colors by graduation.
