Helping a friend lose weight ?

Well she needs to eat heathy. Eat lots of protein. That keeps you full when eating little. And if you want a snack make your own heathy ones. You can look it up online. But my snacks are nuts fruits or healthy snacks. Like special Kay. There a company that makes healthy stuff. One of my favorite snacks is a banana rolled in yogurt and with my favorite crushed cereal on it. I like it frozen or you could just put it in the fridge. She needs to work out and stay determined. If she really wants to loss weight she needs to push herself. Im a soccer player and it can be really hard but if you stay positive and determined and tell yourself you can do and just push yourself you can do it. It's painful but worth it. She can do it. Encourage her. Look up some healthy snacks. Do activities with her to help her threw it. Push her if you have to. How this helped.
