Low Energy day after long workout.?

I've been feeling low on Energy the day after rides over 2 hours. I'm thinking I have something nutritionally wrong with my diet or something. I feel like my body isn't making the proper overcompensation in Metabolism due to the increase demand for energy. I take a B-Complex and Hammer Nutrition's Phytomax as well as some other Nutritional supplements.
