Stakeholders Paradox question?
The stakeholders paradox is "you either have ethics without business, or business without ethics." In my philosophy class we are going over shareholders privacy view and stakeholder view. we are looking at it from the view of Kenneth Goodpaster. In my notes i have that his "answer" (or the way to get moral responsibility) is for the corporation to find the moral duty/views of what the owners are, then to have the executives to follow them. I'm wondering if i wrote this down correctly. If you know more please share, or post a link that will help. thanks!
